Books and online support
Sometimes, finding the right words or a different perspective can make a profound difference. You can find many books on grief in your local library, on Amazon and the internet. These resources may be a source of comfort and a guide on your journey.
Two books I really enjoyed by Nicholas Sparks:
1) The Guardian
2) At First Sight

Healing activities
I found that engaging in meaningful activities can be a powerful way to process emotions and find moments of peace. From gentle mindfulness exercises to creative outlets. Perhaps here you may find various suggestions that can help you nurture your well-being.
Like Jasper here helping with laundry.
Maybe discover new ways to honor your feelings and find moments of calm and peace. Spending time with special friends over a nice cup of tea. Or a nice walk with your fur baby. There are many ways that you don't have to be alone.

Local support groups and articles
Connecting with others who share similar experiences can be incredibly helpful and supportive. I joined a Coffee Club in my community and met the most wonderful ladies who have supported me throughout my grief.
You can also find information on local support groups through your family doctor, on social media, your church or in your local community.
Here I am doing a presentation on The Natives of the 1400.
List
When Ken passed away my grief was overwhelming and I never realized that I had to notify so many institutions, banks, insurances, beneficiary documents. To me the most heartbreaking was when I had to remove him from the deed to our home . I was told this had to be done to protect both of us. It felt like I was erasing a part of our life together.
The funeral home was a tremendous help to me. For a few hundred dollars, they provided an invaluable service by notifying and advising many institutions on my behalf
I am providing a Closing Affairs Task List. A guide to help navigate the many steps that follow the loss of a loved one.
